Ella’s Evolution
Known professionally and affectionately as "Ella," she is a proud alumna of Paul Mitchell the School East Bay. However, Ella’s journey into the world of hair care began long before her formal education. Inspired by her grandfather and two uncles, all masters in the barber and cosmetology industry, Ella started honing her skills from a young age. As her talent for cutting men’s, women’s, and children’s hair developed, she earned the nickname “Ella Scissorhands” for her precision cuts. As her expertise grew, Ella became increasingly passionate about re-growing, restoring, and treating various types of alopecia, leading her to become an AMCA Certified Trichologist. In her practice, Ella not only addresses hair and scalp issues but also ensures her clients understand how to maintain their hair health. Her remarkable results have earned her a reputation for having a "Green Thumb," complemented by her discreet and professional chair-side manner. In addition to her work as a stylist, Ella is deeply committed to education. She has found great fulfillment as a Cosmetology Instructor, sharing her extensive knowledge of hair growth with her students and clients alike. Ella’s expertise has been recognized on various platforms, including guest speaking at several hair care panels and being featured in the "HAIRitage" museum exhibit, which celebrates the fine art of the hair industry.
