Welcome to Ellagant HairCare. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking an appointment or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Appointments
Booking: Appointments can be booked our website, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and stylist.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee . No call/ No show will be charged 75% of the service total.
2. Payment
Pricing: All services are priced as listed on our website and in-salon menu. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Deposits: For certain services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments if proper notice is given.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. All payments must be made in full at the time of service. We do to accept Cash App & Venmo
3. Service Satisfaction
Consultations: We offer consultations prior to services to ensure you receive the best possible outcome. Please communicate your expectations clearly during the consultation.
Service Adjustments: If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, including adjustments if necessary.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services rendered. However, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction with our services.
4. Health & Safety
Allergies and Sensitivities: It is the client’s responsibility to inform the stylist of any allergies or sensitivities prior to receiving services. Patch tests are available upon request.
COVID-19 Protocols: Please follow all in-salon health guidelines, including mask-wearing and social distancing, as mandated by local health authorities.
5. Salon Etiquette
Behavior: We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior.
Children: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please ensure that children are supervised and well-behaved during your visit.
6. Products
Retail Products: We offer a range of professional hair care products available for purchase. All product sales are final.
Product Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If a product is defective, please notify us within 7 days for an exchange.
7. Gift Cards
Usage: Gift cards are redeemable for services or products at Ellagant HairCare. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
Expiration: Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards will not be honored.
8. Privacy
Personal Information: Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Marketing: By providing your contact details, you consent to receive marketing communications from us. You can opt out at any time.
9. Liability
Service Outcomes: While we strive to achieve the desired results, individual outcomes may vary. We are not liable for any dissatisfaction due to the client’s failure to follow aftercare instructions or due to factors beyond our control.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal belongings secure during your visit.
10. Changes to Terms
Updates: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

At Ellagant HairCare, we are committed to providing you with high-quality hair products that you’ll love. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns**
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Products returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or refund.
Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Custom or Personalized Items: Any custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
3. Return Process
In-Store Returns:If you purchased the product in-store, please bring the product along with the receipt to the store where the purchase was made. Our staff will assist you with the return.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error).
5. Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Exchange Process: To exchange a product for a different item, please return the original product according to our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Bank Processing Times: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time, first check your bank account again.
